2023 year goals

• Give Sci-Fi Book a title
• Finish second draft and move to the third
• Continue blogging
• Start Second book of Sci-Fi series.

January 2023

• Finished Draft 2 of Sci-Fi Novel
• Started book two of the series (notes and snippets)
• Continued Digitizing more notes and chapters of other WIPs

February 2023

• Draft 2 final word count is 130k
• First mention of Project Gamma

March 2023

• First mentions of Project Annar

April/May 2023

• Continued downsizing handwritten notes for different WIPs
• Both Annar and Sci-Fi Book 2 moving along.

June 2023

• Hired a Beta Reader on top of other friends that I asked to read
• Both Annar and Book 2 are moving along.

July 2023

• Blogging break

August 2023

• Beta Reader I hired gave back valuable feedback
• Sci- Fi novel officially has the title of Mielea’s Lost
• Printed out the second draft so I could see what it looked like in print.
• More progress on the second book and Annar

September 2023

• Started draft 3 of Mielea’s Lost (false start)

October 2023

• Went on vacation to Saint Louis to visit friends
• took a chance and Queried my book with a publisher. Ultimately nothing came of it but I received a personalized rejection which is better than some people get.

November 2023

• Writing Sprint 20k words towards Book 2
• Started draft 3 of Mielea’s Lost (for real this time)

December 2023

• All 2023 goals were met
